Our Amish production partner creates the highest quality, precision-cut, powder-coated metal décor in the market. We're so confident in your satisfaction, we warranty the longevity of the powder coat for two years from the date of purchase. That's built to last!

No-Hassle Returns

If your order arrives damaged or defective (misaligned cut or powder coat issue), we'll replace it! Any non-personalized orders can be returned within 30-days for any reason.

Personalized For You

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of an order arriving damaged or defective.

Production Process

Every order is made-to-order for each customer, ensuring the highest quality result.  

First 

Our Colorado based design team personalizes your text and runs a quality check on your design files. This ensures each order is made to the highest standard.

Second

Your custom design file is sent to our Indiana-based, Amish production partner that specializes in die-cut metal signs.  Your personalized design is cut and a thick powder coat is applied prior to receiving a final quality inspection.  This process ensures your custom design is rust resistant and is built to last.

Third

Our production partner carefully prepares your completed order for shipment.

The Timeline for Order Production can vary from 5-15 business days, and is based on availability of material and labor.  As we know the Amish reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, we trust the extra time taken to produce your order will ensure your highest satisfaction.

All orders are shipped from our Amish production partner in Indiana.

Cost:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $99.00
  • $7.95 for orders of $99.00 and below

Domestic Orders Shipped To The Contiguous United States & District of Columbia:

  • Method: USPS, UPS & FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 2-4 days

International Orders:

We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States and District of Columbia. 

Tracking:

Upon shipment you'll receive a tracking number in order to follow the progress of your shipment.  If you do not receive your order within two weeks, please contact us.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders with standard processing & shipping are received by the customer within 2 weeks. Due to the made-to-order nature of every order, standard timelines can reach up to 19 business days. Production Process (5-15 business days) + Shipping (2-4 business days)

During busy seasons such as holiday periods, delays are possible.

How can I cancel my order?

Due to the made-to-order custom nature of every order, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel your order within 24 hours of order confirmation, send an email to info@signaturesteeldecor.com. Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after order confirmation are unlikely to be approved. The is because the order is already in production.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you received your product with a defective powder coat, misaligned cut, or receive the wrong product, we'll make it right. Email us a clear picture of the defect and include your order number. info@signaturesteeldecor.com
